We are seeking an experienced person with an in-depth knowledge of organic and Fair trade certification, with a passion and drive for the concepts of organic and Fair trade. The role will take responsibility for the global organic and fair trade activities of Earthoil and the Treatt PLC Group.
This high profile position will take responsibility for key projects within the group which include the largest Organic Mint project in the world based in India, the Group’s organic Fair trade Tea Tree project in Kenya and assisting with new organic and Fair trade projects within the Group. The role will involve international travel. The successful candidate will have international experience, particularly in Africa and Asia, and the ability to deal with large numbers of small scale farmers, understanding the cultural differences.
