This role requires working on own initiative to support the customer services manager in the processing of telephone and email orders in a responsive manner, monitoring stock levels to give customers accurate delivery times, taking payments and general administration associated with the role.

This role requires experience in telesales and sales order processing. A good clear telephone manner, good standard of numeracy and literacy, confident manner and friendly personality. Proficient working with microsoft word, excel and databases will be necessary. Ideally you will educated to A level standard.

Starting salary between £17 & 18k pa.
