Head of Sales

An exciting and rare opportunity to grow and develop sales for Lily's Kitchen; the UK's market-leading organic and holistic pet food brand. The pet food market in the UK is worth £2.3 billion - and the organic sector is a fast growing one.

We are looking for somebody with at least 5 years of FMCG experience and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will need to be passionate about the brand and its potential as well as passionate about pets!

You will have a track record of delivering commercial results, building excellent relationships with buyers as well as have the ability to identify and grow new market opportunities.

Your role will be primarily sales focused but will also have an element of marketing and helping with developing new products to sit within our range.

You will be based in the UK - our office is in London but you will not need to be London based. You will travel around the UK in the first year and this may extend to international travel to develop sales across Europe and the Far East.

You will come from a food background and be skilled and experienced in negotiating with senior buyers in the supermarket sector as well as having the ability and people skills to deal with independent shops.

An excellent academic background is helpful together with a suitably recognised business qualification with a Marketing element or CIM qualification would be an advantage.
